WIP – Watercolours, Images, Poetry. Random combo of different projects. But my WIP Area also stands for Work in Progress.

As opposed to my Wordshop where I aim for perfection, my WIP Area is my space for experimenting with genres and styles. For the longest time I focused on producing results whenever I sat down to write. I never considered the process of writing as an exercise to unlock my creativity. When my husband signed my up for a Creative writing class in 2023 I wasn’t too convinced that this was going to get me anywhere. Whilst I still haven’t produced many finished pieces since, I learned to play with different forms of writing. And to see how with every word I put I get one step closer to eventually writing my book.
